Ventilated Facade Quattro Tower

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Quattro Towers is a modern residential and business complex located in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Composed of four towers, it offers 1,400 residential and commercial units, with apartments ranging from 81 to 310 m².

The design includes views of the city skyline and an interior park with gardens and dancing fountains. In addition, it has a three-level underground garage, managed by an intelligent system. The project was completed at the end of 2017.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The ventilated facade system is composed of:

  • Aluminum support and retention brackets (brackets or separators) for the transmission of loads from the substructure to the original self-supporting structure through anchors.
  • Anchoring the brackets or brackets to the support using stainless steel screws.
  • Ventilated air chamber and 50 mm rock wool thermal insulation
  • Vertical C profiles, attached to brackets by means of stainless steel self-tapping screws.
  • Staples for fixing the exterior covering to the vertical profiles using self-drilling hexagonal head screws
  • Stainless steel pressure spring. to prevent movement of the plate.
  • Exterior cladding made of Extruded Porcelain plate with longitudinal groove, the cladding pieces are fixed to the vertical profiles using hidden fixing stainless steel staples
  • Window and door fencing in extruded aluminum profiles, bronze color similar to aluminum carpentry.
