Facade for a residential building and day center in the town of Torrelavega. The complex was completed at the end of 2017.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The ventilated facade system is composed of:

  • Aluminum support and retention brackets (brackets or separators) for the transmission of loads from the
  • substructure to the original self-supporting structure using anchors.
  • Anchoring the brackets or brackets to the support using stainless steel screws.
  • Ventilated air chamber and 50 mm rock wool thermal insulation
  • Vertical T and L profiles, attached to brackets by means of stainless steel self-tapping screws.
  • Staples for fixing the exterior covering to the vertical profiles using self-drilling hexagonal head screws
  • Exterior covering of Porcelanica plate 600x600x10 mm
  • The cladding is fixed to the vertical profiles using stainless steel staples for hidden fixing
  • Metal fencing for windows and doors in epoxy painted sheet metal
