Ventilated Facade Novosur Building
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Completed at the end of 2017, this intervention modernized the façade of an office and warehouse building located on the M-40 highway.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The ventilated facade system is composed of:
- Aluminum support and retention brackets (brackets or separators) for the transmission of loads from the
- substructure to the original self-supporting structure using anchors.
- Anchoring the brackets or brackets to the support using stainless steel screws.
- Ventilated air chamber and 50 mm rock wool thermal insulation
- Vertical T and L profiles, attached to brackets by means of stainless steel self-tapping screws.
- Staples for fixing the exterior covering to the vertical profiles using self-drilling hexagonal head screws
- Exterior cladding made of 6 mm thick Neolith Porcelanica Slim plate
- The covering is fixed to the vertical profiles using lacquered aluminum clips for visible fixing.
- Metal fencing for windows and doors in epoxy painted sheet metal
