Ventilated Facade VGE – Ivory Coast
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project, completed at the beginning of 2018, consisted of the design and construction of the façade of a modern residential building on the Ivory Coast.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The ventilated facade system is composed of:
- Aluminum support and retention brackets (brackets or separators) for the transmission of loads from the
- substructure to the original self-supporting structure using anchors.
- Anchoring the brackets or brackets to the support using stainless steel screws.
- Ventilated air chamber and 50 mm rock wool thermal insulation
- Vertical T and L profiles, attached to brackets by means of stainless steel self-tapping screws.
- Staples for fixing the exterior covering to the vertical profiles using self-drilling hexagonal head screws
- Exterior covering of FRONTEK Porcelanica plate 405x800x20 mm
- The covering is fixed to the vertical profiles using stainless steel staples for hidden fixing and polyurethane adhesive.
- Metal fencing for windows and doors in epoxy painted sheet metal
